General Requirements and Job description
- Software Development with active involvement in Requirements gathering, Software Design, Programming, Unit Testing and Deployment
- Analyze and Debug issues
- Problem solving and creative thinking
- Horizontal knowledge of various technologies and thorough knowledge of at least one technology
- Communication with Clients and Customer on project status, updates, releases etc.
- Follow best practices within the design and development team in terms of design standards, coding standards, best practices
- Learn functional and business concepts involved in the area of software development
- Mentoring new team members
- Ready to travel and work from client locations on need basis both national and international

Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of Enterprise Architectural Frameworks, like, Zachman, TOGAF, OOAD
- Service Oriented Architecture and Web Services
- Working knowledge of Database like, SQL Server/Oracle/DB2/MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Programming and Scripting Languages/ Technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, (D)HTML, PHP, Perl, Python)
- Knowledge of Odoo/ OpenERP will be an added advantage
- Keeping pace with standards and methodologies
- W3C standards on XML/Web Services
- Software Development Methodologies, preferably SCRUM
- Should have excellent communication skills and be able to manage the cultural disparities.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering
